Shipping and Returns

Yes! Shipping is complimentary within the US.

Once the order has been processed, shipping generally takes 2-8 days based on your location.

Contact us at hello@daame.com and we will get the return process started by sending you a return label. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in its original state without usage or damage. Once returned, we will deduct the label fee and the rest will be refunded back to your original card. For exchanges, please proceed with a return then make a new purchase.

Discounted items are final sale.

We stand by our product. If the items under the warranty breaks within a year of purchase, we’ll be happy to fix or replace it.

Contact us at hello@daame.com with a photo of the area that need repair along with your order number. We will provide you with a shipping label. Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be charged a fair price. If the item is considered irreparable, we may at our discretion, replace it or issue a merchandise credit. If you prefer, we can also send your un-repaired item back to you, free of charge. At this time, we only offer repairs for items shipped within the US.

Product Care

To remove spills or dirt stains, use a damp cloth to wipe away the debris.

Most spills can be taken care of by patting the area with a paper towel. For dried-in soiling or coffee stains, gently brush the stained area. For more difficult stains, gently wipe with a well-rung cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Gently brush the area then let dry completely before using.

For oil-based stains, wipe the area as much as possible (without spreading the stain) with a dry cloth or paper towel. Take two rags, one soaked in ethyl alcohol, the other clean and dry. Pat the stained area with the alcohol-soaked cloth then pat the loosened dirt and oil off with the dry cloth. Repeat depending on degree of soiling and let dry completely.

Once the order is processed, we use USPS Priority to ship your package. Based on your location, it may take 2-5 business days for your package to arrive.

Daame is only available through our website.
